Les Mills BODYCOMBAT is a martial arts-inspired full body workout that fuels cardio fitness and leaves you feeling empowered. It’s totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Lower-B PSC
BOOTY FIT targets your glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves. Exercises will vary from session to session however all will have a strong lower body focus, this class will be sure to bring the burn for days to come!

PSC
Strength & conditioning bootcamp built on functional movements, executed at a relatively high intensity. PSC is motivating, individually challenging and suits all fitness levels.

Our child-minding area is a large safe play space. With plenty of activities to choose from daily, this will keep your children busy while you attend your favourite class or workout.
ONLYarea
We have designed an exclusive fitness area just for women, allowing our female members to train in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Equipped with cardio & weight training machines, you also have access to free weights and a space allocated to stretching & core work. This all enables you to complete a full workout in the privacy of the ladies-only gym.
